摘  要:目的 :研究次致死量X线照射对阿霉素肾病 (AIN)大鼠抗氧化功能的影响。方法 :将实验大鼠分为 4组 ,即正常组(C)、阿霉素组 (ADR)、次致死量X线照射组 (XI)和XI加ADR组 (XI/ADR) ,观察各组大鼠外周血白细胞计数 (WBC)和尿蛋白排泄量 (UPE) ,并采用生化方法检测丙二醛 (MDA)和一氧化氮 (NO)含量。结果 :XI后大鼠外周血WBC明显降低 ,XI/ADR组UPE明显低于ADR组 (P <0 .0 1) ;同时 ,此组大鼠血浆、尿、肾组织匀浆、腹腔巨噬细胞 (PM)和肾小球MDA水平 ,以及血浆、肾小球和PM上清液中NO水平均明显低于ADR组 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1)。结论 :XI可减轻AIN大鼠肾损害 ,其作用机制可能在于白细胞减少后 ,使得全身和局部氧自由基产生减少 ,脂质过氧化程度减轻。Objective:To investigate the effect of the sublethal X irradiation(XI) on antioxidation in adriamycin induced nephropathy(AIN) of Wistar rats.Methods:At the second day in rats received XI,a single dose(5 mg/kg ) of adriamycin(ADR) was injected intravenously into female Wistar rats to induce nephrosis and all animals were divided into 4 groups as group control(C),XI,ADR and XI/ADR.The principal parameters include malondiadehyde(MDA) and nitric oxide(NO) in plasma,urine,glomeruli and peritoneal macrophage(PM).Results:There was a significant decrease in circulating white blood cell count(WBC) after the rats received XI.Urinary protein excretion(UPE) was remarkably decreased in group XI/ADR as compared with that in group ADR( P <0.01).In contrast to group ADR,the levels of MDA of urine,renal homogenate,glomeruli and PM in group XI/ADR were significantly declined,and the levels of NO of plasma,glomeruli and PM in group XI/ADR were also done( P <0.05~ P <0.01).Conclusions:These data showed that whole body XI delivered during AIN is capable of preventing renal injury in association with a reduction of MDA and NO in glomeruli and in PM.
