精氨酸改善大鼠急性胰腺炎早期凝血障碍的实验观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨一氧化氮的前体物质精氨酸对急性胰腺炎大鼠止凝血指标的影响。方法 :12 0只大鼠随机分为胰腺炎对照组 (A组 )、精氨酸治疗组 (B组 )和精氨酸抑制剂治疗组 (C组 ) ;观察其抗凝血酶Ⅲ (Ar Ⅲ )、组织纤溶酶原激活物 (t PA)及其抑制剂PAI Ⅰ、血小板α颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )变化。结果 :B组AT Ⅲ活性和t PA活性升高 ,PAI活性和GMP 140值下降 ,与A、C两组差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :一氧化氮能改善急性胰腺炎凝血功能障碍变化。Objective:To evaluate the effect of the arginine(NO donor) on the hematologic disorders of rat acute pancreatitis.Methods:Rats( n =120) were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was treated with saline,group B with arginine and group C with N nitro L arginine,then the blood samples were taken for assays.Results:PAI and GMP 140 were decreased,AT Ⅲ and t PA were inseased in group B( P <0.01) as compared with group A and C.Conclusions:NO donor drugs(L arg) may alleviate the hematologic disorders of rat acute pancreatitis.
