摘　　要：目的　研究老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法。方法　回顾分析行Gamma钉内固定的老年性股骨粗隆间骨折 2 5例的临床资料 ,并与文献报道相对照。结果　手术时间 75～ 15 0min ,术后 3～ 5d患者可坐起 ,进行功能锻炼 ,4周后扶拐行走 ,骨折平均愈合时间 13周 ,无一例出现并发症。结论　Gamma钉内固定为治疗老年骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折的良好方法 ,同时进行适当的功能锻炼 ,辅以抗骨质疏松药物可促进骨折的愈合。Objective To study the treatment of osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture in elderly.Methods 25 cases of osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture in elderly with internal fixation of Gamma nail from 1996 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively and compared with literature.Results The duration of operation is from 75 to 150 minutes. Patients could sit up and get functional training from the third to fifth day after operation. They started to be trained to walk on crutches four weeks after operation. There were no complications.Conclusion The internal fixation with Gamma nail is a good method to treat osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture in elderly. Patients should receive suitable functional training and antiosteoporosis medicines.
