摘 要:目的 探讨米非司酮引产对母鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法 将 10只孕鼠随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 5只。孕 2 0d给予实验组母鼠灌服米非司酮 (11.5± 1)mg加麻油 1ml引产 ,对照组灌服麻油 1ml。产后取母鼠右侧大脑顶叶皮质组织进行电镜观察。结果 与对照组相比实验组母鼠脑组织可见 :①神经细胞肿胀 ,膜性细胞器减少 ;②神经毡局部有破坏 ,髓鞘暗板分离 ;③突触连接减少 ,间质水肿 ;④神经胶质细胞肿胀 ,毛细血管上皮内线粒体肿胀 ,外膜胶质屏障增宽。结论 米非司酮可造成母鼠脑组织缺血缺氧性损害。Objective To study the effects of mifepristone on the cerebral ultrastructure of trimester pregnant rats. Methods\ 10 pregnant rats were divided into an experimental group ( n =5) and a control group (n =5) randomly. At the 20th day of gestation, the experimental rats were given 1ml of sesame oil and (11 5±1) mg of mifespristone, while the control rats were given sesame oil only. After labour, the cortical tissues of the right parieto-cerebrum were taken for TEM observation. Results\ Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed following morphological changes: ① Neuron swelled and membranous cytoplosmic organellae decreased; ② Dendrites and axons were partially damaged and major dense lines of myelin sheath were seperated; ③ Synaptic connections decreased and interstitiums swelled; ④ Neurogliocytes also swelled. Mitochonidria in capillary epithelial cells puffed and the extracellular matrixes of capillaries widened. Conclusion\ Mifespristone induces ischemia-hypoxia changes in cerebrums of female rats.
