摘  要:目的 :结合行为学观察从分子水平上研究吗啡依赖和戒断机理及丁丙诺啡对吗啡戒断的影响。方法 :观察吗啡戒断大鼠的戒断体征及条件性位置偏爱情况 ;利用核酸分子杂交技术研究其垂体阿黑皮源 ( POMC)基因表达的变化。结果 :停用吗啡后 ,大鼠条件性位置偏爱的消失迟于戒断体征 ,吗啡依赖及戒断时垂体 POMC m RNA含量下降。结论 :垂体Objective: To study the mechanism of morphine dependence and abstinence on gene level by combining the behavior observation. Methods:Morphine withdrawal symptoms and conditioned place preference of morphine dependent rats were observed; the pituitary POMC gene expression was investigated by dot and northern blot hybridization.Results:Compared with the withdrawal symptoms, the conditioned place preference effect lasted longer after morphine withdrawal;the level of the pituitary glands POMC mRNA dropped both in morphine dependent rats and abstinence rats. Conclusion: The alteration of pituitary POMC gene expression may be one of the biological bases of morphine psychic dependence. [
