茉莉根醇浸膏戒毒作用的前期研究

摘　　要：目的 :为观察茉莉根醇浸膏对毒品依赖的戒断提供初步实验依据。方法 :用冰醋酸扭体法观察药物的镇痛作用 ;用自主活动计数法观察药物的镇静作用 ;用对戊巴比妥钠阈上、阈下剂量观察药物的催眠作用。结果 :茉莉根醇浸膏能够减少冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数 ,具有一定的镇痛作用 ;能够使小鼠的自主活动次数减少 ,具有一定的镇痛作用 ,对戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量催眠有协同作用 ,具有一定的催眠作用。结论 :茉莉根醇浸膏具有镇痛、催眠、镇静的作用 。Objective:To observe detoxification of jasmine root extract for drug dependence and to provide priliminary experiment basement.Methods:The body torsion induced by acetic acid was used to observe the medicines analgesia;normal independent movement was taken into acount to observe the medicines sedative effect;up limen,down limen dose of Pentobarbital Sodium was used to observe the medicines hypnotic action.Results:Jasmine root extract could decrease the degree of body torsion of mouse caused by acetic acid and it possessed some analgesia effect.Jasmine root extract could decrease the times of independent movement of mouse and had certain sedative effect.The extract could cooperate with Pentobarbital Sodiums up limen dose hypnotic effect and had definite hypnotic effect.Conclusion:Jasmine root extract has analgesia,sedative,hypnotic effects, and it can antagnize drug relievers detoxification symptom during refraing from drug.
