摘  要:利用15N示踪法研究了人参对肥料氮的利用和损失及氮对人参光合同化产物分配的影响。结果表明,人参对肥料氮利用率,1年为985%,2年为1906%;肥料回收率第1年为8159%,第2年为6978%,2年肥料氮损失率为3022%。供氮10g/m2时,人参的14CO2同化力以及硝酸还原酶(NR)活性最高;供氮40g/m2时,总可溶性糖、蔗糖含量下降,淀粉含量增加,人参皂甙含量下降。By using 15 N and 14 C tracer technique the utilization, recovery and loss rate of N fertilizer in ginseng ware studied. With different applying levels of 0,10,20,30,40gN/m 2 14 CO 2 assimilating ability, NR activity, N compound, sugar and ginseng saponin were determined. The resules showed that the N fertilizer utilization rate was 9 85% in the first year, the accumulative utilization rate for two years was 19 06%. Recovery rate of the fertilizer N was 81 5% in the first year and 69 78% in second year. Loss rate of the fertilizer N was 30 22%. With the treatment of 10gN/m 2, 14 CO 2 assimilation ability and NR activity was the highest. With the treatment of 40gN/m 2, total soluble sugar, sucrose and ginseng saponin content decreased and starch content increased.
