塑料薄膜覆盖对壮蚕生长发育的影响

摘　　要：探讨了壮蚕 (4～ 5龄 )塑料薄膜覆盖 1日 2回育对其生长发育的影响 ,发现壮蚕每日用塑料薄膜覆盖 10～ 2 0 h,并将给桑次数从 1日 4回减少为 1日 2回 ,除 5龄期经过缩短 2 h外 ,其 4龄期经过、蚕体重、入眠整齐度、桑叶食下与消化、叶丝转化率和蚕茧产量、质量均无不良变化 ,并且在有些项目上比对照区的略有提高 .这一结果表明 :在做好其它饲养管理的条件下 ,壮蚕期每日用塑料薄膜覆盖 10～2 0 h,并将给桑次数减少至 1日Effects of the plastic film covered rearing with two feedings a day on the growth and development of grown silkworm (4 5 instar) were studied in this paper. Results showed that under conditions of covering with plastic film for 10 20 h per day and decreasing feeding times from 4 times per day to 2 times per day in grown silkworm stage, no any negative effects on the duration of 4th instar, body weight, molting regularity, ingestion and digestion of mulberry leaves, leaf silk conversion rate, yield and quality of cocoon were found except that duration of 5th instar were cutted shord 2 h, and that the someitems shell slightly increased. It was feasible to covering with plastic filmfor 10 20 h per day and decreasing feeding times to two times per day if a proper rearing management was accepted.
