摘　　要：主要探讨如何在以Windows为操作系统的PC机上开发和实现现场实时测控系统。整个系统开发分为两个部分 ,即PC机上的测控软件开发和硬件配置。详细讨论这两部分的设计方法和流程 。This thesis mainly discusses how to develop and realize a real-time measurement and control system under MS-Windows based on PC. The development of the system was divided into two related parts, software and hardware configuration. The thesis describes the design and procedure of both parts in detail. In the end, a bearing rotor testing platform was illustrated.
