摘  要:提出强力输送带横向断裂预报系统中输送带厚度动态补偿算法。该算法基于输送带灰度的概率分布特点 ,并充分考虑到输送带内钢丝绳芯锈蚀对图像背景灰度分割的影响。在具体实现时 ,为满足系统在线性的要求 ,采用了时间片分时分区处理方法。最后给出了输送带厚度动态补偿与未经厚度动态补偿的比较结果。Base on the real problems occurred in the application site with warning system of high strength conveyor belt cross breaking, the paper firstly pointed the thickness dynamic compensation issue and the practice method in order to meet the uneven thickness of the conveyor belt and to prove the calculation accuracy on the belt strength and belt joint expansion. The paper proposed a calculation method of thickness dynamic compensation for the conveyor belt and set a relationship between the strength and the picture gray value. In the application, the paper used a section time and section area to separate picture background of the system in order to have a dynamic compensation to the thickness of the belt.
