摘 要:结合北京地铁“复 -八线”大北窑站隧道暗挖水平冻结工程 ,对冻结壁喷射混凝土性能进行了测试与分析 ,在隧道暗挖施工中 ,冻结壁喷射混凝土的初衬支护强度和变形稳定性均可达到设计要求 ,从而为水平冻结壁喷射混凝土技术在地铁隧道工程中的应用提供了参考依据。Base on the horizontal ground freezing project in tunnel excavation for Dabeiyao Metro Station in Fu Ba Line of Beijing Metro System, a measurement and analysis on shotcrete performances of the freezing wall were conducted. Mainly the temperature, strength and deformation of the shotcrete on the freezing wall were measured and the measured results were analyzed. The strength index of the concrete measured can show the strength of the concrete and the deformation of the shotcrete measured can show the stability of the shotcrete. The applied combined support technology with the horizontal freezing and shotcrete can solve the support problem in underground excavation with soft and water bearing strata for metro system and can be applied to other underground excavation projects.
