摘　　要：全面介绍了１９９７年投资３６００多万元的秦皇岛码头三期工程翻车机系统的技术改造项目，重点论述了翻车机转子系统的各部分机构性改造。运行实践表明，改造后完全克服了文献川、［２］所述故障，获得成功。The papers introduces the technical reform of the 3rd phase of the project of the Qinhuangdao coal wharf in which an investment of over 36 million RMB dollars is made in 1997 in an all-round way,and emphatically discusses the construction reform of various components of the dumper rotor system. Practical operation shows that the reformed system completely overcomes the malfunctions described in the documents [1] and [2],thus the reform is successful.
