摘　　要：目的 :配制用于全自动生化分析仪的清洗剂。方法 :利用非离子表面活性作用及其在反应杯表面的吸附作用 ,加入适量的抗菌剂、消泡剂、硬水软化剂等 ,对反应槽、反应杯的污垢进行清洗。结果 :此溶液可有效地清洁反应杯、反应槽及其管道系统 ,使反应槽中水流动过程中不产生气泡 ,对光学系统无影响 ;同时加入适量的催化剂使溶液清洁过程中形成的胶团催化 ,可使稀释后的溶液更稳定 ,保持长时间不长菌、不混浊。此溶液在进行反应槽换水测定时 ( 2 0 )次 ,批内空白杯值的 ( 340～ 80 0 nm)标准差及 CV值均小于进口的 HITERGENT原液。结论 :此配方适合于各种分立式全自动生化分析仪反应槽换水和反应杯清洗时使用。Objective To build detergent of automatic analyzer.Methods Using attachment nonionic detergent act on the surface of reaction cups,annex ration and add antibacterial agent,foam dapressant,hardwater soft agent to wash dirts of reaction case and reaction cups.Results The solution can validly wash reaction case,reaction cups and tules system.There are no foams in flowing water of the reaction case and no interference to optics system.At the same time,acceleration agent added can be making paste to solution,keeping the dilute’s solution more stable and no germs growing and no turbidness in long time.After the 20 times changed water measure intra run CV was better smaller than Hitergent solution(340～800 nm).Conclusions The solution was fited in changing water of the reaction case and washing reaction cups in the automatic analyzer.
