摘　　要：颈阔肌皮瓣重建颈段食管缺损是自行设计的新手术方法。术前做好心理护理、口腔护理 ,防止呼吸道感染发生 ,加强营养 ,全面做好手术准备。术后密切观察颈部伤口 ,固定好重建食管腔内支架管 ,加强口腔、鼻咽部护理 ,严格气管造口管理 ,做好饮食护理 ,以减少术后并发症的发生。Circumferential defect of cervical esophagus reconstructed with bilateral platysma myocutaneous flaps is a new method designed by ourselves.During preoperative period,psychological nursing,oral care,respiratory infection prevention and nurtrition support are all very important.After operation,pay more attention to care cervical incision,keep the position of intraluminal stent in the reconstructed esophagus,care mouth and nasopharynx,mange the trachestomy and diet care,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
