腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症22例分析

摘　　要：本文对２２例手术证实的腰椎侧隐窝狭窄症进行分析。患者平均年龄为５６．３岁。平均病程３．８年。主要症状为进行性加重的间歇性跛行。腰后伸试验阳性是最具有诊断价值的体征。ＣＴ检查对本病有重要的诊断价值。采用半椎板切除，侧隐窝潜行扩大术，既可保证神经根的充分减压又可保持脊柱的稳定性。术后下肢放射痛的迅速缓解是手术效果良好的重要标志。cases of lumbar lateral recess stenosis were analyzed. The average age of the patients were 56. 3 years old. The mean time from the onset of symptoms to operation was 3. 8 years. These cases are characterized by a long history of recurrent low back pain and sciatica wyth unable to continue walking. The most useful physical signs were reflex deficit and Kemp test. Confirmtive diagnosis depends on CT scanning. The main procedures are hemilaminectomy and enlargement of the lateral recess, which is less traumtic to the spine. The good results of the operation for the lumbar lateral recess stenosis are characterised by rapid resolution of pain in the leg.
