单侧钩槽式外固定器的研制和临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧钩槽式外固定器（ＵＨＳＥＦ）在治疗骨折中的疗效。方法将ＵＨＳＥＦ的治疗结果与内固定、石膏和小夹板固定等治疗结果进行比较。结果ＵＨＳＥＦ治疗４～１６周骨折愈合率１００％，骨折愈合时间短（Ｐ＜０．０１）、关节开始活动时间和术后开始行走时间早（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），除针眼感染外，无骨折感染、不愈合及延迟愈合等并发症（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＵＨＳＥＦ结构简单，轻便，稳定性好，调节方便，进针点不受限制。Objective To evaluate the effect of unilateral hooked sulcated external fixator(UHSEF) in fractures. Methods The results of therapy in UHSEF were compared with those of internal fixation, cast and small splint. Results Union rate in UHSEF group was 100%, and there was a short union time ( P<0 01 ) with early both articular motion and walking ( P<0 05,P<0 01) . No fracture infection, nonunion and delayed union, except pinprick infection was observed in UHSEF group( P<0 01) . Conclusion The structure of UHSEF is simple, portable and stable, which can be easily regulated to correct the fracture shift of seperation overlapping, side and angle, especially suitable for the open fracture and comminuted fracture, without limit to the point where the pin is put into.
