摘  要:目的:建立大鼠小肠液循环液中的替硝唑的测定方法。方法:采用差示分光光度法.测定波长为318nm和291nm,溶剂的pH分别为pH2和pH5。结果:标准曲线在4.8μg/ml-19.2μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系.高中低3个浓度的日内RSD小于1.65%,日间RSD小于2.28%,回收率为98.6%-101.7%.结论:该法可准确测定大鼠小肠循环液中的替硝唑.Objective: To establish the determination of tinidazole in rat small intestine circulation solution. Methods:Differential spectrophotometry was used with wavelength of 291nm or 318nm with. The solvent pH as 2.0 or 5.0. Results: The calibration curve was linear between 4.8μg/ml to 19.2μg/ml. The relative standard deviations within a day and day to day were less than 1.65% and 2.28% at the three different concentraions. The recovery was 98.6% to 101.7%. Conclusion: Tinidazole in rat small intestine cboulation solution can be determined accurately by this method.
