摘　　要：本文研究了热形变工艺参数对奥氏体晶界和晶内不同区域的形变程度不均匀性的影响。结果表明,晶粒尺寸、形变温度量和形变量对不同区域的形变程度不均匀性都有影响,从而影响了动态再结晶过程。This paper researches the influence of technology parameters of hot deformation on the nonhomogeneous deformation between the austenitic grains and different zones within the grains. The results indicate that the grain size, the deformation temperature and the deformation reduction all have influence on the degrees of the non-homogeneous deformation for the different zones, thus influencing the process of the dynamic recrystallization.
