睾丸挫裂伤(附16例报告)

摘　　要：为提高对睾丸挫裂伤的诊断和治疗水平,对16例睾丸(?)进行分析,B超和MRI诊断率分别为85.7％、100％,12例进行手术治疗,4例保守治疗。12例手术治疗者中1例睾丸切除。(?)无睾丸萎缩。4例保守治疗者。1例因睾丸胀肿而行睾丸切除,1例睾丸萎缩,1例对(?)睾丸萎缩。B超可作为睾丸挫裂伤首选的检查方法。开放性睾丸挫裂伤应尽早手术,闭合性睾丸挫裂如有睾丸肿胀明显、有睾丸白膜下积血、睾丸破裂、外伤后(?)膜腔积血而原因不明或原来附睾(?)节者应在72小时内手术探查。16 patients with contusion of testis were reported in this paper. Themocurate diagocstic rates of B-US, MRI were 85.7%, 10094 respectively. 12 cases ware surgically treated , amng 12 cases, 11 cases were cured, and 1 case was tasated by orchiectomy. 4 cases by nonsargical methods,(?) 4 cases, 1 case by orchiectomy for abscess of testis,there was testicular atroplry in 1 case and there was testicular atrophy in 1 case of another side. The results showed Ibat B-US can be as the first, (?) method for imaging diagnosis of testis contusion. The treatment principles were discirssed.
