带蒂筋膜脂肪复合瓣在陈旧性跟腱断裂手术中的应用

摘　　要：自1990年以来，作者在动物实验基础上采用小腿下段带蒂的筋膜脂肪复合瓣衬垫包绕于陈旧性跟腱断裂手术修补后的跟腱，以防术后再粘连，共12例，效果良好.认为此术式手术方便，损伤小，既克服了无血供组织的缺点，减少感染和再粘连的机会;又改善了木后跟腱的滑动条件，并在一定程度上减轻了患者术后功能锻炼时的疼病，有利于最大限度促进踝关节功能恢复.12 cases of posterior rupture of achilles tendon were treated in application of lower leg with deep fascia fatty compound valve packing the achilles tendon to avoid re-adhesion. There was blood circulation in compound valve and it was of capability of anti-infection. The surface of fascia was smooth and the lipid was complete.The opertion could be finished at the same incision.There was less injury and abirritant pain and be valuable to functional functional of ankle joint.
