从巴西迁都巴西利亚谈首都规划与建设

摘　　要：本文从巴西迁都巴西利亚的初衷，以及新都的选址条件和新都巴西利亚的规划与建设完全为政府机关办公和居民生活方便着想说明：首都应该从过份集中的各种功能中分离出来，才能高效地履行政治、行政管理中心职能，促进国民经济高速发展．The paper is reserch from Brazial settled in Brasilia and the condition of selection of the new copital, Barsilian comprehensire and constraction in order to the department office and the living of residential population that the capital showld depart form the high collective and variety funetion, and to hurry take the function of politic and administrative management, to spread the national ecnomy.
