莳萝曲网海绵中甾醇化合物的研究

摘　　要：应用色谱－质谱（GC－MS）方法分别鉴定了从广西北海涠洲岛水域和海南省陵水县水域采集的莳萝曲网海绵 Sigmadocia cymiformis的甾醇类化合物。涠洲岛水域的莳萝曲网海绵所含的甾醇类化合物主要是：胆甾－4，6－二烯－3β－醇（1），27－降麦角甾5，22－二烯－3β－醇（2），胆甾醇（３），（24S）－麦角甾－5，22－二烯－3β－醇（4），麦角甾－5－烯C－3β－醇（5），麦角甾－7，22－二烯－3β－醇（6），豆甾醇（７），β－谷甾醇（8），麦角甾－4，24（28）－二烯－3－酮（9），柳珊瑚甾醇（10）；而陵水县水域的莳萝曲网海绵所含甾醇类化合物主要是：（3），（4），（5），（6），（8），胆甾－5，22－二烯－3β－醇（11），胆甾－3，5－二烯－7－酮（12）。这是莳萝曲网海绵中甾醇类化合物组成的首次报道。This paper reports the steroids from the marine sponge, Sigmadocia cymifor-mis, collected around Weizhou Island of Guangxi Province, and Linshui County ofHainan Province respectively. Ten sterols, cholesta--4, 6--dien--3β-ol (l ), 27--norergosta-5, 22--dien--3β-ol(2), cholesterol (3), (24S)--ergosta--5, 22--dien--3β--ol(4), ergosta--5--en--3β--ol(5 ), ergosta--7, 22--dien--3β-ol(6), stigmasterol(7), β-sitosterol(8 ), ergosta--4, 24 (28 )-dien--3--one(9) and gorgost--5--en--3β-ol(l0), were identified by GC--MS from the spongecollected from Linshui County waters and seven sterols, (3), (4), (5), (6), (8), chol-esta--5, 22--dien--3β-ol (l1 ) and cholesta--3, 5--dien--7--one (l2 ) from the sponge fromWeizhou Island waters. This is the first report for the steroids from the marine spongeSigmadocia cymiformis.
