糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织缺氧的血气分析

摘　　要：目的动态分析病程１～４月糖尿病鼠的血气状况，探讨导致视网膜组织缺氧的原因。方法将实验性糖尿病鼠于不同病程宰杀，取动脉血作多项血气指标检测。结果病程３月时，糖尿病鼠出现代谢性碱中毒，影响氧向组织中弥散，导致组织的实际缺氧。结论在治疗糖尿病及其并发症时。ObjectiveTo study the effect of diabetes on blood gas in a rat model over 4 mon in an attempt to explain the cause of oxygen defect in tissues.MethodsThe diabetic rats were killed at different stages of the diabetic course and arterial blood was taken for blood gas analysis.ResultsThe diabetic rats showed a metabolic alkalosis in the 3rd mon resulting in an oxygen defect in tissues.ConclusionIn order to treat diabetes and its complications,the abnormal acid base balance must be corrected.
