The supernatant afterpreparation of human albumin by Rivanol methed was precipitated by 17%and 25%cold ethanol,and then adsorbed by DEA E sepharose CL-6B。 Atter the ethanol was removed by UF。 The preparationwas formulated at pH 4. 0 with the concentration of 5%protein and 10%sucrose; The preparationcontained at least 98%IgG(of which 100%was monomer) , and a little IgA but no IgM , ACA<20CH50/50mgIgG。The manufacturing process could eliminate(or inactived)109 ID50/ml VSV.
