摘  要:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是一种天然的含金属抗氧化酶,它具有抗衰老、抗辐射和消炎等多种疗效。SOD包括Cu/Zn-SOD、Mn-SOD和Fe-SOD三类,其中以Cu/Zn-SOD为最重要。SOD均由核内染色体上的基因编码,这类基因既有单拷贝序列,也有多基因家族。线粒体和叶绿体内的SOD在核内合成后,再分泌到细胞器中。多数SOD基因的表达都具有组织特异性,并受许多环境因素的诱导,有关的分子机理正在研究中,并且正在尝试SOD基因的分子克隆以及重组SOD基因在培养细胞和转基因植物中的表达。uperoxide dismutase(SOD) . a naturally presented metal-containing antioxydative enzyme, possessesmultiple biological effects such as antiageing ,antiradiationp and etc. Three types of SOD are included :namely Cu/Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD and Fe-SOD, in which Cu/Zn-SOD shares the most important respon-sibility. All SODs are enceded by the genes located on the chronrosomes, and these genes are found ei-ther in the single copy sequences or in the multigene families. Both mitochondrial and chloroplasticSODs are first synthesized within 4he nuclei and then secreted into the organcells. The expression ofmost SOD genes is tissue-specific and can be induced by many environmental factors. The relevantmolecular mechanism is being studied. Now the molecular cloning of SOD genes and the expression ofrecombinant SOD genes in cultured cells and transsenic plants are atteinpted.
