摘　　要：以１００ＣＨ５０法，对静脉注射用免疫球蛋白（ＩＶＩＧ）抗补体活性（ＡＣＡ）测定的影响因素进行了探讨。ｐＨ、Ｎａ＋含量对ＡＣＡ测定有显著影响；ＩｇＧ多聚体含量，ｌＶＩＧ的存放温度及干热处理对ＡＣＡ测定影响不大。he factors influencing of ACA determination to IVIG by 100CH50 method were reported. PH、Na+ con-tent had significant influence on ACA determination. The content of IgG polymer, IVLG store tempera-ture and heat dry treatment had little influence on it.
