摘　　要：建立一套标准、规范、电子化的城市社区家庭个人健康档案模式及可接通互联网络的电脑管 理信息系统，为社区医生提供完整的、系统的居民健康状况数 据，是社区医生掌握居 民健康状况的基本工具，进行社区诊断的主要依据，是进行社区卫生管理的重要前提，也是 我国卫生事业发展的必然趋势。Objective Reforming the city′s health se rvice system,developing community health service and establishing community heal th service network are tendencies in the fields of health service in the future. Methods Investigation on scene,literature method,health s tatistics method and epidemiologic method were used.Results It can offer integrate and systematic data of the denizens′ health statuses, and it is a basic facility to master the denizen′s health situations and a main evidence for community diagnosis,In addition,it is also an important premise for community health management.Conclusion There will be a bright future and a broad market in establishing a suit of standard and electron ic health record.And it is also the certain tendency of Chinese health innovati on.
