摘　　要：目的　通过与常规方法对比 ,总结伤痛一喷灵治疗褥疮的疗效。方法　伤痛一喷灵治疗褥疮患者 42例 ,男 2 9例 ,女 13例 ,年龄 3～ 6 8岁 ,平均年龄 32岁 ;对照组使用常规方法治疗褥疮 2 5例。结果　伤痛一喷灵治疗 期褥疮治愈率为 10 0 % ,优于对照组。治疗时间少于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　伤痛一喷灵治疗 期褥疮疗效好 ,无毒副作用 ,简便易行 。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shangtong Yipenling in the treatment of pressure sore by comparison with the routine method.Methods 42 patients (29 males and 13 females aged from 3 to 68 years with a mean of 32) with phase II pressure sore who used Shangtong Yipenling were compared with 25 patients who used the routine method. Results The curative effect of Shangtong Yipenling was 100% in treating the patients with phase II pressure sore, better than the routine method, and the curing time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion As Shangtong Yipengling has no toxic and adverse reactions and is easy to apply, it is warranted to use it more widely in the treatment of pressure sore.
