摘  要:目的 探讨尿液标本放置时间对尿常规检测结果的影响。方法 留取尿液标本后 ,在室温 (2 0℃ )下放置不同时间 ,用尿液自动分析仪进行测定 ,比较各组的结果。结果 实验表明 ,标本在 2 h内各组变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。 3h时 ,葡萄糖明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;9h时 ,p H值明显上升 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,蛋白质、酮体和白细胞明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;6 h后 ,部分标本产生了亚硝酸盐。结论 室温 (2 0℃ )下 ,尿液标本应在 2 h内检测 ,如长时间放置 (>2 h)可使其成分发生改变 。Objective To investigate the influence of different standing time of urine samples on component measurement. Methods Urine samples were tranquilized for different times at room temperature (20℃) and then analyzed with an automatic analyzer, and the results were compared. Results Urine component measurements did not show significant change within 2h, but concentration of glucose decreased significantly at 3 h(P<0.01); pH value increased significantly (P<0.05), and proteins, ketone bodies and white blood cells decreased significantly (P< 0.05 ) at 9 h, and some of the samples produced nitrite at 6 h. Conclusion At room temperature (20℃), analysis of urine samples should be done within 2 h, for prolonged suspension (> 2 h) may result in change in the components of urine samples, affecting the results.
