摘　　要：为探讨病案管理的质量 ,本文阐述了提高病案管理质量要抓住病案技术管理、病案首页填写、组织制度建设等环节。提高病案技术管理质量需开展病案管理人员在职教育 ,改善病案管理队伍群体素质 ;提高病案书写质量需强化住院医师培训 ,规范病案首页填写要求 ;加强病案组织制度建设需建立健全病案组织 。To probe into the quality of the medical record management, it is expounded in this article that raising the medical record management quality need grap up the medical record technical management, it is filled in that the first page of the medical record, the organization system construction, and so on. The education in active service is done in the administration personnel of the medical record for raising the medical record quality of the technical management, the colony diathesis is improved in the medical record management troop; the house doctors are trained for raising the medical record writing quality, the writing request of the first page of the medical record is standardized; the organization of the medical record is established and perfected for strengthening the organization system construction of the medical record, the supervise and examine of the medical record are developed.
