摘　　要：利用计算机对军人免费医疗进行有效管理 ,可使有限的卫生经费合理支出 ,减少浪费 ,使管理工作更加规范化、现代化。本文详细介绍了我院正在使用的门诊免费医疗磁卡管理系统的开发与运行环境 ,系统具有的功能与特点 。By using computer managing military men free medical treatment effectively, limited hygien fund is afforded right, decreasing wasted, it makes management work more standard and moderate. In this paper, it is introduced detail that development and running environment of free medical chip 'uses in Tangdu Hospital, and having with function and specific points as well as consideration of management.
