摘　　要：基于区际产业转移及其效应的客观存在，本文首先以Ｃ－Ｄ生产函数为基础ｏ，构建了一个产业转移效应的计量模型；随后利用该模型对产业转移效应的内部结构及影响因素作了初步分析。通过分析，指出了产业转移效应三个来源（即优化效应、扩大效应和发展效应）及五点主要影响因素；在上述分析基础上，对相对落后区域如何有效利用产业转移效应提出了相应政策建议。By establishing a metrical model about the effect of inter-regional industry transfer, the paper analyses the effect's internal structures and influential factors, and points out its three sources (bettering effect, expansion effect and development effect) and five main factors. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions for the relatively backward regions to use the effect better.
