摘　　要：我国成为ＷＴＯ的正式成员后，根据《服务贸易总协定》中有关金融开放的协议，我国将逐步开放金融市场。外资银行的进入必将对中国银行业产生诸多影响。为了在竞争中求得生存和发展，中国银行业在巩固原有优势的同时，应加快自身建设步伐，学习外资银行先进的经营理念、技术和服务，认真研究ＣＡＴＴ的条文，按现行的国际贸易规则行事。只有建立新的经营管理机制，充分调动和发挥人才优势，才能在未来的竞争中立于不败之地。When we become a member of WTO,we＇ll progressively open the financial market according to the related agreement of WTO.Foreign Banks＇ coming into China will produce a lot of influences to the banking industry of China.In order to survive and develop in competit ion we should carefully study the GATT clause and operate on the basis of the current international trade regulation.Only to set up a new mechanism of operation and management,can we be in an invincible position in future＇s competition.
