摘  要:本文用两种方法:Hermite多项式、Legendre多项式和Fourier级数表示的分析法和无限圆法推导了FK4相对于FKS的系统差,并指出由两种方法推算的这种系统差的差值在30年内明显地随时间而变化。最后,讨论了这种星表系统差对我国综合时间系统内世界时和极点坐标的影响。In this paper the systematic differences of positions of FK4 stars with respect to the FK5were obtained from two methods, that of Brosche and Schwan and that of Taff. Thedifferences between the two sets of corrections in thirty years interval, have an obviousvariation with time. This time variation has consequences on the computation of Earthorientation parameters which are discussed. In particular, for different types of observingmodes such as transit circle, astrolabe,and so on the formulas for calculating the effects ofthe systematic differences on time and latitude determinations are derived. Finally, theinfluence 0f the systematic differences on the Universal Time and polar coordinates (1980-l988) of the Chinese Joint Universal Time System(CJS) have been computed.
