摘　　要：利用头两年的TOPEX卫星测高资料初步测定了全球平均海平面和上海邻近海域海平面上升速率分别为1．6mm/yr和21mm/yr，这与验潮站资料测得的结果相近，而且比后者有更高的精度。The first 2 years of TOPEX satellite altimetry data have been analyzed t0 the rise rate inglobal mean sea level and in the regional mean sea level near Shanghai coast, which were es timated as 1. 6mm/yr and 2. 1mm/yr, resectively. These results are well consistent with theresults from the tide gauge data, with higher accuracy than the tide gauge results.
