益气活血药的毒性和安全性实验研究

摘　　要：益气活血药由中药川芎和黄芪组成。对该药进行了急性毒性、慢性毒性、刺激性、溶血性和过敏性等实验。小鼠一次给药ip和iv的LD50分别为618.5、155.4(g/kg);大鼠长期毒性结果表明药物对肝、肾功能无明显影响,组织切片镜检未见特殊性病理改变。无溶血性和过敏性,皮下注射有轻度刺激性。The drugs benefiting vital energy and activity Blood are composed of Ligusticum Wallichii and Astragalus membranaceus. The experiments on toxicity irritation anaphylaxis and hemolysis have been studied. In mice the single dose LD_50 of drugs benefiting vital energy and activating Blood were 618.5 (ip) and 165.9 (iv) g/kg. In rats the results of chronic tox- icity showed that drugs benefiting vital energy and actvaiting Blood had no striking influence on functions of the live and kidney. The specific pathological change of histology has not been seen by microscopy. The dffects of hemolysis and anaphylaxis were not seen, but the effect of irritation was seen in hypodermic injection.
