摘  要:目的 :对大链壶菌感染的致倦库蚊幼虫体内重要生化组分变化进行观察 ,以探讨大链壶菌灭蚊的可能机制。方法 :利用组织化学的方法对正常蚊幼与感染不同程度蚊幼体内糖原、蛋白质、核酸 (DNA、RNA)进行显微摄影及定量的图像分析。结果 :潜在感染蚊幼体内即可见糖原反应减弱 ,随着感染加重 ,轻度感染及重度感染蚊幼糖原及蛋白质明显较正常蚊幼减少 ,经图像分析仪进行黑度测定也表明差别具有显著统计学意义。核酸 (尤其是RNA)仅在重度感染组蚊幼脂肪体细胞内有明显减少。结论 :大链壶菌在感染蚊幼尚未见组织学改变时 ,已开始掠夺蚊幼体营养物质 ;随着感染加重 ,蚊幼体大量营养物质 (糖原、蛋白质 )被掠夺 ,可能是其对蚊幼致病的重要原因之一。Objective:To pursue the possible mechanism of Lagenidium giganteum for killing mosquito larvae.Methods:With histochemical method,contents variation of glycogen,protein and nucleic acid between the normal and different infected degree mosquito larvae were observed.The results were photomicrographed and analyzed quantitatively by image analysis in computer.Results:The contents of glycogen decreased in latent infected mosquito larvae,and that of glycogen and protein evidently decreased in light and serious infected mosquito larvae.The average black level assessment in tissue imaging showed marked difference.Nucleic acid especially the articles of RNA decreased in lipid cell only in serious infected mosquito larva.Conclusions: Lagenidium giganteum deprived the nutrition from mosquito larva at the beginning of its invading,which may be one of the important pathogenetic mechanism of the fungus.
