磷酸羟基哌喹治疗家犬实验性石棉肺病理观察

摘　　要：用磷酸羟基哌喹(HPQP)治疗家犬实验性石棉肺,观察病理改变,探讨其疗效。结果:支气管肺泡灌洗液中巨噬细胞的总数,存活率、LDH、AcP、β-G活性等,治疗组均高于未治疗组;肺内石棉纤维含量与肺的病变记分,治疗组明显低于未治疗组。提示,HPQP具有保护巨噬细胞,延缓病变进展和抑制肺纤维化作用。The paper presents exper-imental asbestosis reated with hydroxypiperquin phosphate (HPQP) in dogs. Re-sults showed that the total cell number ofbronchoalveolar lavage fluid, the viabilityof alveolar macrophages and the enzymeactivities of lactate dehydrogenase, cidphosphatase aed β-glucuronidase of alveo-lar macrophages in treated dogu werehigher than those in exposed dogs; asbestosfibers contents in the lungs and the meanscores of lung lesions in the treated dogswere markedly less than those in theexposed dogs. hese findings support thatHPQP may play a role in protecting alveo-lar macrophages from damage and inhibit-ing the progrssion of lung ibrosis, and thatthe clinical application of HPQP is somehowevidenced by this study.
