营养不良及低血锌儿童T细胞亚群的变化

摘　　要：作者检测了60例6个月至3岁零8个月营养不良儿童的外周血T细胞亚群,结果表明:中、重度营养不良伴血锌降低;轻度营养不良患儿外周血全T细胞(OKT_3^+)、T辅助/诱导T细胞(OKT_4^+)、T抑制/细胞毒T细胞(0KT_3^+)低于正常。0KT_3^+、OKT_4^+细胞随营养不良程度的加重,其下降更明显。中、重度营养不良合并感染时,0KT_3~_+、0KT_4^+及OKT_4^+/OKT_8^+细胞比值明显低于无感染组,提示细胞免疫的主要效应及调节细胞受损。OKT_3^+、OKT_4^+细胞可作为早期检测营养不良患儿免疫功能有无受损的灵敏指标。Sixty children with mal-nutrition were investigated in this study.The results showed a reduction of serumzinc in moderate and severe cases compa-red with the mild and normal groups.OKT_3^+, OKT_4^+ and OKT_8^+ cells in peripher-ial blood of mild malnutrition were sig-nificantly decreased in contrast to normalcontrol. The reductive degree of OKT_8^+ andOKT_4^+ cells correlated with the severityof malnutrition.OKT_3^+, OKT_4^+ and OkT_4^+/OKT_8^+ ratio of moderate and severe malnu-trition with infection were much lowerthan those without infection.Our findingssuggested that main effective and regula-tive cells of cell-mediated immunity wereimpaired. OKT_3^+ and OKT_4^+ cells might beused as a sensitive index for early assess-ment of the immune function in malnu-trition children.
