八株弯曲菌外膜蛋白的SDS-PAGE分析

摘　　要：用超声波处理八株不同来源,不同种和亚种的弯曲菌菌悬液,获得细菌细胞外膜;再用月桂酰肌氨酸钠处理外膜可获得外膜蛋白;最后经SDS-PAGE分离出不同分子量的外膜蛋白。结果表明:各种分子量蛋白质的分布及主要外膜蛋白的数目(2～3条)和分子量大小(33～68kd)均较稳定,提示它们在弯曲菌细胞表面结构中为稳定成分。The outer membrane proteins(OMPs) from 8 strains of Campylobacter,including 5 reference strains and 3 localstrains, were isolated and examined bysodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)The resultsshowed that the population distributionsof molecular weight of OMPs from diffe-rent species and sources were alike basedon the Rank Sum Test analysis. Thenumber of bands of major OMP wasaround 2-3, the molecular weight ofwhich vareid from 33-68kd. Moreover,three C. jejuni local strains isolated frompatients in China showed commoncharacteristics of OMPs to the referencestrains. It is suggested that the OMPs ofCampylobacter are of a conservative andstable structure.
