The Relationship of Biochemical Changes among Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid Serum and Lung on Dust--Exposed Rats

摘  要:作者分别用新康温石棉、石棉矿精选车间自然积尘、石英和钛尘对成年Wistar大鼠作一次性非暴露式气管染尘,3个月后处死,研究不同粉尘对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)、血清和肺脏的影响及其相互关系,并与对照组比较。结果表明,BALF中的肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)、乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)与酸性磷酸酶(AcP)的数值与肺胶原、肺总脂、血清中铜蓝蛋白(Cp)及羟脯氨酸(HoP)均有非常显著相关;BALF、细胞培养液和血清中的LDH之间也有显著相关。提示,BALF,尤其是其中AM与LDH的测定,是了解尘肺受损情况的较好指标。The relationship betweenbiochemical changes in bronchoalveolar la-vage fluid(BALF), serum and the lung ofdifferent dustexposed rats was studied.Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups:1.Xingkong chrysotile asbestos (CH-AS);2.Dust in a sieve selection wokshop ofXingkong asbestos mine (Dust-Wo);3.Silica group (SiO_2); 4. Titanium dioxide(TiO_2)and 5.Normal control group (Control).All the rats were killed in three monthsafter experiment. The results showed that the level ofalveolar macrophages(AM), lactic dehydro-genase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (AcP)in each group was marked by related tocollagen, lung fat, ceruloplasmin (Cp) andhydroxyproline (HoP) by r and t-test.Among the LDH from .BALF, culturefluid and serum, there was also a markedrelationship. So the authors pointed outthat the BALF especially AM and LDHtest could serve as a good and valuableindex for detection the condition ofpneumoconiosis.
