摘 要:延髓吻端腹外测区(Rostral ventrolateral medulla,RVL)微量注射红藻氨酸(Kainic acid,KA)前,分别用弱、强电刺激“人中”穴时可引起动脉血压(BP)显著升高,心率(HR)明显增快。一侧或双侧RVL注射KA后,再用弱、强电刺激“人中”穴时,BP、HR的反应基本消失。结果表明,RVL在“人中”穴加压效应中起关键性作用。Experiments were performedon 14 rabbits locally anesthetized withprocaine. Both vagus nerves were cut. Theanimals were immobilized with gallaminetrithiodide and maintained by artificialventilation. The effects of electrical stimu-lation of 'Renzhong' area on arterial bloodpressure and heart rate were observedbefore and after microinjection of kainicacid(KA)into rostral ventrolateral medulla(RVL). Electrical stimulation of 'Ren-zhong' area could elicit a very marked in-crease in arterial blood pressure, beforemicroinjection of KA into RVL. Bilateralmicroinjection of KA (0.5μg, an excito-toxin) into RVL could essentially abolishthe pressor effect of stimulation of 'Ren-zhong' area. However, bilateral microin-jection of NS into RVL showed no effectson the pressor effect of stimulation of'Renzhong' area. These results suggestthat RVL plays a key role in the pressoreffect of 'Renzhong' area stimulation.
