摘 要:作者应用Low shear-30流变测定仪,采用改良方法测定200名健康新生儿和儿童(男103名,女97名)的全血触变参数,为4个不同年龄组(新生儿、1~5岁组、5~10岁组、10~15岁组)儿童的血液触变参数的正常值范围提供了参考数据。并发现:新生儿组的各触变参数明显高于其他三组。而1~10岁的两个年龄组的血液触交参数低于10~15岁年龄组,前三组儿童的血液触变参数无性别差异,而10~15岁组上述参数出现性别差异。说明这些参数随年龄的变化是与儿童生长发育、生理活动相适应的。With low shear-30 rheome-ter, the authors used a modified proto-col to measure thixotropic parameters ofwhole blood from 200 healthy newbornsand children, so as to suggest the normalrange of blood thixotropic parameters infour age groups, namely, the newborns,1 year-group, 5year-and 10-15year group. The results demonstrated thatthe thixotropic parameters in the newborngroup were higher than those in other threegroups. However, these thixotropic parame-ters in the group 1-10 years were lowerthan those in the 10-15 year group. No sig-nificant sex differences were noted amongthe fore three groups, but sex differencesappeared obviously in the 10-15 yeargroup. It implied that the changes relyingon the age is consistent with children'sgrowth, development and physiologicactivities.
