中国蕲蛇酶对血小板功能影响的探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨中国蕲蛇酶(CAAE)对洗涤的人血小板的激活作用及影响因素。结果发现:CAAE能使血小板聚集并释放PF_4;白蛋白、α_2巨球蛋白和镁能抑制CAAE所致血小板聚集作用,肝素和抗凝血酶Ⅲ则否。CAAE致血小板聚集作用的机理主要是通过前列腺素环内过氧化物-TxA_2途径。The effects of the activationand influence of CAAE on washed humanplatelets were investigated. Our findingswere: (1) CAAE could induce aggregationand α-granule release reaction in thewashed human platelet suspension; thusit could activate the platelets; (2) the ag-gregation effect of CAAE was inhibited byalbumin and affected by Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+) con-centration; (3) heparin and/or ATⅢ did notinhibit the aggregation activation of CAAE,but α_2 MG markedly inhibited it; (4) theaggregation activity of CAAE was associa-ted with the serine protease activity. Themechanism of CAAE-induced aggregationmainly follows the prostaglandins-endo-peroxides thromboxane A2 pathway.
