粳型光敏核不育系103s的育性表现及其繁殖研究

摘　　要：在江苏扬州地区温光条件下 ,对光敏核不育系 10 3s进行分期播种试验 ,同时正季在扬州和春季在海南三亚进行较大群体的 10 3s的繁种试验 ,由此探索 10 3s的育性表现及其繁殖特性。试验结果表明 :在扬州地区温光条件下 ,10 3s 5月 5日至 6月2日播种 ,其不育性表现优良。 10 3s在适宜的繁殖期 ,如扬州的秋季和海南的春季 ,其繁种产量分别为 3 489.1kg/hm2 和4185 .0kg/hm2 。s, bred from the cross of 7001s/Liuqianxin A by the Lixiahe Region Agricultural Research Institute of Jiangsu, was a new Japonica rice photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) line with medium-maturing period. 103s was planted in different times in Yangzhou, and the experiments in its multiplication were conducted in Hainan province and Yangzhou city. The results showed that 103s was completely sterile while the sowing period was from the fifth of May to the second of June; and 103s gave average yields of 3 489.1 and 4 185.0 kg/hm 2 under appropriate multiplication conditions in Yangzhou and Hainan respectively.
