摘　　要：蛋白质组学是在后基因组时代出现的一个新的研究领域，它是对机体、组织或细胞的全部蛋白质的表达和功能模式进行研究，特别是基因组内的蛋白质编码序列将更早测定，私人财团斥巨资进入这个领域，并望抢先得手，这意味着基因组研究可创造巨大财富。在过去几年里，国际上一批知名大型制药集团和化学工业公司已在基因组研究领域内投入大量资金，并形成了一个新的产业部门，即生命科学产业。：Proteomics is a new research area of the post－genomic era that aims at the analysis and identification of entire proteins present in the cell, tissue or the organism and of the functions and the linkage of these proteins．A set of private companies is going to invest a huge amount of money for accelerating the pace of genome sequencing and gene cloning in order to compete with the Human Genome Project funded by US government. It means that study on the genome will create a wealth of profit. During the last years, a new industry —Life Sciences Industry has emerged and developed on the basis of genomes.
