摘 要:植物体内钾循环与再循环在不同器官间的相互作用中起重要作用,这主要包括给韧皮部负载提供所需的矿质营养、维持阴阳离子平衡、满足根系生长对钾的需求、给木质部及韧皮部中的溶质流动提供驱动力以及作为地上部钾营养状况的重要信号反馈调节根对K+的吸收。钾循环与再循环的研究方法主要有裂根技术、直接收集韧皮部汁液来计算钾的循环量和通过测定各器官中钾、钙的净吸收量及木质部汁液中的K/Ca来确定循环量的大小3种。氮素供应形态、钾的供应量、光照与寄生植物的侵染都影响植物体内钾的循环与再循环。:Cycling and recycling of potassium play an important role in interaction between different organs, shoot and root in particular. Cycling and recycling of potassium serves several well defined functions. These include maintaining cation-anion balance, providing additional driving force for solute flow in the xylem and phloem, acting as a shoot signal to convey potassium demand to the roots, covering root demand for growth and providing the sieve tubes with potassium nutrient necessary for functioning of phloem loading. In this paper we also briefly summarize methods of studying cycling and recycling of potassium. These are split root technique, comparison of the rates of potassium and calcium accumulation in the tops with their fluxes in the xylem stream and collection phloem sap to calculate the amount of cycling and recycling. The forms of N supply, external potassium supply, illumination and the infection of parasitic plant all affect the cycling and recycling of potassium.
