摘  要:营养液培养条件下研究缺硼反应不同的棉花品种苗期对B、P、K、Ca、Mg吸收和分配的差异。结果表明 ,缺硼显著抑制棉花对B、P、K、Mg的吸收 ,敏感品种 970 6受抑制程度更严重。同时 ,缺硼还影响这些元素在 2品种体内的分配 ,地下部分配比降低 ,地上部分配比增加 ,不敏感品种 970 2变化幅度更大。缺硼也抑制棉花对Ca的吸收 ,并影响其在植株各部位的分配 。The differences of the uptake and distribution of B, P, K, Ca and Mg between two cotton cultivars responding differently to B deficiency were studied during seedling period in the solution culture. The experiments showed B deficiency inhibited the uptake of B, P, K, Mg in cotton, which was displayed more distinctly in the B inefficient cultivar than the B efficient one. Moreover, the distribution of these nutrients in cotton plant was affected by B deficiency, the nutrients' distribution rate in roots was reduced, raised in shoots, but the extent of change was larger in the B efficient cultivar. The results indicated the higher capability of nutrient uptake and transporting from roots to shoots was the main reason why the B efficient cultivar grew better than the B inefficient one under the condition of B deficiency. The Ca uptake and distribution was also affected by B deficiency, but there was not significant difference between both cotton cultivars.
