达氟沙星对试验性感染仔猪副伤寒和霉形体肺炎的药效学研究

摘　　要：研究了国产新兽药达氟沙星对人工感染仔猪副伤寒和霉形体肺炎的疗效。每个疗效试验用仔猪 10 5只 ,随机分为达氟沙星 3个不同剂量组、恩诺沙星对照组、强力霉素对照组、阳性对照组和阴性对照组 ,每组动物15只。当感染猪出现典型症状时 ,达氟沙星 3个剂量组分别按每千克体重 2 .5mg、1.2 5mg、0 .6 2 5mg及恩诺沙星组按 2 .5mg肌肉注射 ,每日 2次 ,强力霉素按每千克体重 3mg肌肉注射 ,每日 1次。结果表明 :达氟沙星 3个不同剂量组、恩诺沙星组、强力霉素组连续用药 4d ,对仔猪副伤寒的治愈率分别是 10 0 %、80 %、33 .3%、80 %、5 3 .3% ,而感染 (阳性 )对照组的死亡率为 6 6 .7% ;达氟沙星 3个不同剂量组、恩诺沙星组、强力霉素组连续用药5d ,对霉形体肺炎的治愈率分别是 10 0 %、80 %、46 .7%、93 .3%、6 0 % ,肺部病变率分别是 2 0 %、40 %、6 0 %、2 0 %、6 0 % ,而感染 (阳性 )对照组的死亡率为 40 % ,肺部病变率为 10 0 %。Pharmacodynamics of a new domestic antibacterial danofloxacin against artificially infected salmonellosis and mycoplasmal pneumonia in pigs was studied. In every therapeutic experiment, 105 pigs were used and randomly assigned to seven groups,i.e. 3 danofloxacin(2.5,1.25,0.625 mg/kg) groups,an enrofloxacin(2.5 mg/kg) group,a doxycycline group(3 mg/kg),a positive and a negative control group.Every group included 15 pigs.Infected pigs were given respectively danofloxacin(2.5,1.25 and 0. 625 mg/kg twice daily), enrofloxacin(2.5 mg/kg twice daily) and doxycycline (3 mg/kg once daily) following intramuscular administration for 4 or 5 successive days when significantly clinical symptoms of salmonellosis or mycoplasmal pneumonia in them were observed.The results revealed that the curative rate of danofloxacin(2.5,1.25, 0.625 mg/kg), enrofloxacin(2.5 mg/kg) and doxycycline(3 mg/kg) group following a 4 days treatment against salmonellosis of infected pigs were 100%,80%,33.3%,80%,53.3% respectively.The mortality of the infected and untreated group was 66.7%.5 days after the treatment with danofloxacin(2.5,1.25,0.625 mg/kg),enrofloxacin(2.5 mg/kg) and doxycycline(3 mg/kg),the lung lesion rate of the infected pigs was 20%, 40%, 60%, 20%, 60%, the curative rate against mycoplasmal pneumonia of the infected pigs was 100%,80%,46.7%,93.3% and 60% respectively.The lung lesion rate and mortality of the infected and untreated pigs were 100% and 40% respectively.\;
