摘　　要：本文报告26例部分型房室管畸形的诊断和外科治疗。作者认为,根据体征、心电图和超声心动图一般能作出诊断。介绍了本病的手术治疗技术,强调正确缝合二尖瓣裂和修补原发孔房缺的重要性,全组无永久性Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,1例死于呼吸机意外,25例均痊愈出院。This paper reported the diagnosis and the surgical treatment of 26 cases with PACD. The authors considered that the diagaosis was easily established basing on the signs, ECG and the echocardiography The technique of the surgical treatment of patents with PACD was introduced. The authors emphasized the importance of suture of the cleft of the mitral valve and tbe repair of the primary atrial septal defect correctly. There was no permanently complete block of atrio-ventricular conduction in this group. There was one death due to respiratory accident. Twenty-five cases were completely recovered.
